Here is the (incomplete, forgive me, my memories faded) list for historians reference.
E-mails were sent since the October 2001. Generally there was no positive answer from anyone (some exceptions are mentioned).
So, in (more or less) chronological order:

2001
I had only a few MS Word files - a short introduction in Polish. More or less the core of the theory.

1. President of Poland, Prime Minister of Poland, Parliament of Poland.
2. Embassies of: USA, France, Great Britain, Japan, Israel, (probably also Germany and Itally), and Russia. Only answer was from the USA, Richard Matel wished me good luck. Computer servers of Russia's embassy had malfunction - well, after 11 Sep 2001 I was not suprised.
3. Jacek Kochanowicz fron the Warsaw University, faculty of Economics - answer but no help because lack of time.
4. Agora (publisher of Gazeta Wyborcza, most prominent newspaper in Poland), plus maybe some other Polish newspapers (like Rzeczpospolita, Polityka, etc.), but I am not sure.

2002

None - lack of money, lack of time, lack of strenght, lack of courage.

2003-2004

Since June 2003 I have Web site (http://www.geocities.com/historymech) - Great thanks for Jonathan Price (autor of enlighting book "Web Writing that Works").

1. Since summer: numerous Universities and scholars including Cambridge, Oxford, Columbia, Stanford, Sorbona, Viadrina, MIT, a few dozens, maybe over hundred addresses - I think.
2. Probably autumn: Soros foundation (a few times - they was not interested), Kluge foundation and a few such addresses.
3. Hundreds of newspapers all over the Net (from http://www.onlinenewspapers.com/). Generally at least one newspaper from every mature (a few years of democracy) democratic country from Andorra to Uruguay. Some examples: New York Times, Washington Post, New York Herald, Los Angeles Times, El Pais, Times, Corriere della Sera, The Economist, The Observer, L'Osservatore Romano, Le Monde, L'Humanite, Japan Times, Die Zeit, Der Spiegel, etc. etc.
4. Every major newspaper and several magazines in Poland, including "Gazeta Wyborcza" a few dozens of times.
5. Polish Pariament (every party that was present) - three times.
6. President of Poland (continious problems with mail server, no contact).
7. President of Ukraine just before the "orange revolution".
8. Polish Govenment (prime minister) plus Ministry of Foreign Affairs and some other institutions.
9. Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.
10. Josep Borell, president of UE parliament.
11. John Kerry, Laura Bush a month (or so) before the election.
12. Many e-mailing list on Yahoo groups.
13. Several scholars fron Warsaw University, Faculty of Economics.
    
14. President of USA.

2005
